This website and services are operated by MMonzon LLC, Monzon Jeweler, and Jewelry Repairs Center Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to MMonzon LLC, Monzon Jeweler, and Jewelry Repairs Center Inc.
The Company provides this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, purchasing products, requesting services, or leaving jewelry in our possession for repair, design, modification, or restoration, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – SERVICES
The Company provides jewelry-related services including but not limited to:
• Jewelry repair
• Jewelry restoration
• Custom jewelry design
• CAD and hand-carved model creation
• Jewelry manufacturing coordination
• Stone setting
• Engraving
• Jewelry sales
• Jewelry modification and resizing
We may source and coordinate third-party professionals including casters, setters, polishers, engravers, and manufacturers in order to complete custom designs or production work.
SECTION 2 – CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
The Company reconstructs, repairs, and creates jewelry designs based on customer instructions, ideas, renderings, sketches, or specifications.
Custom design services require a non-refundable retainer of $1,500 before work begins.
The typical design process requires up to sixty (60) days to create models, either:
• hand-carved
• CAD designed
• or a combination of both
Models will be submitted for customer review and approval before production proceeds.
Once production begins, deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
SECTION 3 – JEWELRY REPAIR RISK DISCLOSURE
Jewelry repair and restoration involve inherent risks due to the condition, age, prior repairs, and structural integrity of jewelry.
Items submitted for service may contain:
• worn prongs
• thin metal
• structural fatigue
• hidden fractures
• prior repair weaknesses
• heat-sensitive stones
• hidden defects
Work is performed based on visual inspection only.
During repair, additional damage may occur due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
• stone breakage
• stone loss
• metal cracking
• setting failure
By authorizing service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the Company shall not be responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses or hidden defects.
SECTION 4 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jewelry left with the Company is accepted at the customer’s risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by:
• fire
• theft
• burglary
• robbery
• natural disasters
• flood
• acts of God
• civil disturbances
• equipment malfunction
• or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
If liability is established despite these Terms, the Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the lesser of:
The amount paid for the service performed, or
The wholesale replacement value of the item as determined by Company records.
The Company shall not be liable for:
• sentimental value
• emotional damages
• consequential damages
• lost profits
• speculative damages.
SECTION 5 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or destructive technology through the Service.
Violation of any of the Terms may result in termination of services.
SECTION 6 – PRICING AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of products or services offered to any person or region.
Product images and colors may appear differently depending on display settings.
SECTION 8 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not control.
Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for third-party services or tools.

• be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and Chapter 682 of the Florida Statutes
• be conducted on an individual basis only
You waive the right to:
• file a lawsuit in court
• participate in a jury trial
• participate in class or collective actions.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Palm Beach County, without regard to conflict of law principles.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
