1. Location and dates
Where are you located?
We are only open to the public at the West Palm Beach Antiques Festival, located at South Florida Fairgrounds, West Palm Beach, FL. We are in every show, usually in the same corner, same spot* (*our location inside the building might suffer changes to the organizers policies). 2. Type of service
Can you do my repair on the spot?
Most pieces are repaired on premises on a first come first serve basis, and available before the end of show. Pieces that require more time and/or special components are completed for next show delivery or shipping.
Can you repair high end jewelry?
Yes.
Do you fix watches, glass or metal objects?
No, we specialize only in jewelry.
Do you repair custom jewelry?
We specialize in gold, silver and platinum pieces. However, we can evaluate the possibility to repair custom jewelry case by case. Some of them can be repaired, some of them cannot.
Can you re-string my pearl/bead necklace or bracelet?
Yes. Can do knotted and not knotted re-stringing. Due to the time that it requires, all restringings are to be delivered next show or shipped.
My engagement ring looks worn out and I am afraid of loosing a diamond. Can you fix it?
Yes. We will inspect the piece and retip prongs to secure your diamonds.
My piece of jewels has a missing diamond/gemstone, can you replace it?
Yes. Most of the time we have the gemstone in premises to do that right away. If we don't have a matching stone with us, we can order, cut it and send it via mail or deliver it next show.
I have an idea of a piece of jewelry in mind, can you build it for me?
Yes. We can discuss your project at the show or you can write to us (text only) to 561-512-9030 with pictures or sketches. We can also do re-mountings and transformations.
Do you buy gold?
No, we only do repairs.
Can you appraise my piece of jewelry?
No, we do not provide that service.
Payment
What types of payments do you receive?
We receive cash, Venmo, Zelle and checks. We do not accept credit cards.
